  • 2012 – Germany based Var Ange  Group establishes in State of Kuwait.
  • 2014 – Var Ange Group acquires “FINATTA & TOLESSIMI ARCHITECTS & CIVIL CONSULTANTS KUWAIT”  in operations since 2003 a specialist consultant in Infrastructure, Buildings & Facilities and also patents in seismic design
  • 2016 – Var Ange Group acquires “ALFARSH ALFURIAD CONTRACTORS”  in operations since 2007 a specialist consultant in Civil construction for Industrial and Residential units.
  • 2017 – Var Ange  Group establishes in United Arab Emirates
  • 2017 – Var Ange  Group acquires the international operations of “a major Indian conglomerate specialised in the industry” since 1998 a specialist contractor for Heavy & Package equipment erection and for Fabrication & erection of Tanks & Silos
  • 2017 – Var Ange  Group wins a major Tank fabrication services contract for a portion of work in Abu Dhabi on a Mining and Minerals project
  • 2017 – Var Ange  Group acquires the international operations of “a major Indian conglomerate specialised in the industry”  since 2009 a specialist contractor for Electrical, Instrumentation & Control including Telecom
  • 2018 – Var Ange Group forms the UAE entity “VAR ANGE  PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED” in Masdar city targeting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Nuclear and Alternate Energy projects.
  • 2018 – Var Ange  Group acquires “CLOVERS MANAGEMENT & TRAINING SERVICES” in operations since 2012 for developing their projects and contracts advisory services in the Middle East.
  • 2018 – Var Ange  Group renames “CLOVERS MANAGEMENT & TRAINING SERVICES” as “VAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES”
  • 2018 – Var Ange  Group forms the Kuwait entity “VAR ANGE PROJECTS & GENERAL CONTRACTING CO WLL” and merging ALFARSH ALFURIAD CONTRACTORS “for Civil, Infrastructure, Oil & Gas and Petrochemical projects.
  • 2018 – Var Ange  Group gets certified for ISO 9001 : 2015, ISO 14001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001: 2007 for all companies engaged in Middle East operations.
  • 2018 – VAR ANGE PROJECTS & GENERAL CONTRACTING CO WLL wins a portion of a major Infrastructure development contract in Kuwait for the ministries in Government of Kuwait
  • 2018 – VAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES wins major Project Management & Support services contract for a portion of work in Oman on a hydrocarbon project. 
  • 2018  – VAR ANGE  PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED wins major Mechanical & Package erection contract in Abu Dhabi on a National Oil company project.
  • 2018 – VAR ANGE  PROJECT SUPPORT SERVICES LIMITED wins major Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecom contract in Abu Dhabi on a National Oil company project.
  • 2018 – VAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES wins major Project Management & Support services contract for a portion of work in Nigeria on a Mega Billion refinery project
  • 2019 – VAR ANGE PROJECTS & GENERAL CONTRACTING CO WLL wins Yard and Facilities provision contract in Kuwait on a National Oil company project
